About Joey Hu

As a Financial Services Manager in NTUC Income, Joey has 8 years of experience in the Financial Industry. She has been providing a rich degree of knowledge to meet her clients’ personal preferences and unique situation.

She graduated from Banking and Financial Management. Joey has been in the financial industry since 2006. Initially, she has been working as a personal banker doing wealth advisory in a mobile banking department. She has swiftly promoted to Relationship Manager handling more portfolio like loans and corporate accounts due to her good performance in the bank.

Towards end of 2010, she made a bold move by leaving the corporate and went into the Insurance Industry. From a banker to a Financial Planner was a drastic change to her career. More independence and pro-activeness are needed as a Self-Employed. But she never turned back since. In 2013, she moved to AIA as there were more career progression Over the years, helping people to plan for uncertainties and even helping people from small claims to bigger claims, she felt her job was very meaningful and is something she’s looking at in the long term compared to being a banker in the past. She’s also been an invited speaker for some of the company’s Premier Academy Training and Organization meetings. She’s a Certified Associate Estate Planner today.
